Who sings the Christmas song that sounds like the Ting Tings?

I heard it maybe 2 years ago in IKEA and hear it every now and then. It is a female vocalist and the music and vocals remind me of Shut uP And Let Me Go by the Ting Tings. I can't believe it's not them but I don't think it is.
