Pregnant and Bad Acne!?

Im not covered in acne...yet, but bc i had acne before I am expecting it to come back with vengeance lol! But I have been breaking out on my cheeks and I use neutrogena gentle cleanser to wash my face and then white tooth paste to use as spot treatment, seems to dry them up pretty good so far, so maybe try that. I wouldnt recommend using anything with salicylic acid in it, it cant be proved it doesnt do harm to the baby :( but GL to you! All the best!
