What is the average speed of tata and reliance usb data card?

friends, i run a cyber cafe in lucknow. the AIRTEL broadband is not available in my area. i hav a connection of sify broadband but it's a bullshit.it stops after every 3 minutes. i want peace of mind. will tata or reliance work? can som1 tell me it's average speed?
