WHICH DOG IS GOOD FOR THIS LIFESTYLE!?!?!?

I'm 12 and my mom is moving to a townhouse in like 3 weeks! I'm excited but we want a dog, I have wanted a dog since I was little. Since it is a townhouse and has a small fence great for small and playful dogs we wanted a small dog that has energy,easy to train,not a dog that you see ALL the time and a dog that is loyal and will come on your bed and sit with you when your lonely!!! thnx
