Should i get my gadget and pop this dude in the face?

this dude comes into my house, he used to be my boy, and he starts grabbin my sister up. and im all like wait dude you cant be doin that, its gon get ya killed dog. so he pulls out his and punches my sister in the head, knocked her out. i got up and he got a hammer and hit me in the leg, broke it, and i couldnt get up. Then he made me watch him my sister right in front of me. my mama come in an shes freakin... and calls the 5-0 and before he leaves he tackled her, like James Laurenitis style, into her favorite china cabinet... now do you think i should pop this dude in the face with my gadget?
