Every time i boot my pc it comes up with a message saying winsrv missing i cant even logon i wont boot safemod

Ok ill get the story strait. I was installing vista tranformation pack and i restarted the computer and just bofore the logon screen it comes up with a message saying winsrv missing and i was like wtf, what is up with this pc.
