Where to get back issues of mags australia?

Hey guys I thought i would give here a try if anyone can help. I am look where I might find (if I at all can) a back issue to an australian mag?? what I am looking for is People mag (its an adult mag not the other one) from 2003... dose anyone know of a way I could get it I am really wanting it as I had a pic in it and a x of mine stole my copy..... thanks for the help
