My female lovebird has what looks like a dowger hump at the front and she seems to be top heavy ,any reason?

My lovebird is thirteen and over the last couple of years has developed a lump on her chest does not seem to be bothering her but sometimes she seems to be top heavy, and sometimes it looks like it may be leaking
