I have a H&R model 650 s.s. .22lr/.22wmr ser.# starts with AP. when was it mfg. and value its in #1 shape?

This model was mfg. from 1976-1985 and its value, new in the box condition is $250. Highest MSRP was $175. This revolver has a nickel finish and is not stainless steel.
