im 13, 130 lbs. (gained a few lbs during summer usually 125-128), 5'5, med. frame because of high bone m. I know i have high bone m because i dont look 130. All my friends and people guess im 120-125 lbs when they dont no my weight. I hardly have any junk food, my favorite food are fruits. I dont like meat, so i dont eat it and i work out 6-7 days a week including a recent addition of jujustu, Tae Kwon-Do and judo. Light weights, just plain running and walking and stretching. Am i healthy for a 13-year-old?
