Coming from the A10, is Junction 25 on the M25 closed off to go eastbound towards the A12 due to roadworks?

I need to get to the A12 via the M25. I am planning to drive up the A10 however I am unsure whether junction 25 is closed off eastbound and whether I need to take an alternate route
